New Plan for Lane Parke Reduces Size and Scale
Family-owned developer Evson, Inc., in partnership with Daniel Corporation, has filed papers for a Planned Unit Development on the site of Mountain Brook Shopping Center and Park Lane Apartments. The proposed development includes retail, office and residential uses, and is 23% smaller than the PUD approved by the City Council in June of 2010.
The new plan reflects both current market conditions as well as a wide range of suggestions from the community and elected officials.
