The long-anticipated Phase Two Retail at Lane Parke is set for early 2020. John Evans, a principal in family-owned developers Evson, Inc. said the completion of Phase Two represents a major milestone for the mixed-use center.
“Almost a decade ago, we had a plan to transform our aging apartments and Mountain Brook Shopping Center into a modern, first-rate residential and retail center for Mountain Brook. With the completion, next Fall, of the Phase Two component, we will have achieved much of our plan,” Mr. Evans said.
“But, we are ever-mindful that no development like Lane Parke is ever ‘finished,’ and we will continue working to keep a mix of tenants at Lane Parke that provide Mountain Brook and Mountain Brook Village with the amenities it wants and needs,” he said.
When construction is complete, Lane Parke will comprise 517,393 square feet of shops, restaurants, Lane Parke Apartments, and the Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook.
